About the Role

Our global client is looking for an experienced IFS Cloud Project Manager to join their growing team and play a key role in delivering their enterprise-wide IFS Cloud transformation programme.

Working remotely, you'll lead the delivery of complex IFS Cloud projects, collaborating with international stakeholders, business leaders, and technical teams to ensure successful implementation across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of IFS Cloud implementation projects.
• Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks and resources to ensure successful delivery.
• Coordinate internal teams, implementation partners and third-party vendors.
• Build strong relationships with business stakeholders and senior leadership.
• Drive project governance, reporting and Steering Committee meetings.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to a high quality.
• Support change management, user adoption and business readiness throughout the implementation lifecycle.
• Champion project management best practices across the ERP programme.

Essential Experience

• Proven experience managing IFS Cloud implementation projects.
• Demonstrable experience delivering complex ERP projects in a Project Manager capacity.
• Strong understanding of the full ERP implementation lifecycle.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience managing project budgets, resources, governance and delivery plans.
• Ability to lead cross-functional, international teams in a remote environment.
• Fluent English.

Desirable

• Experience working within global or multi-site organisations.
• PRINCE2, PMP, Agile or equivalent Project Management certification.
• Experience working with external implementation partners or system integrators.

Requirements

• Must be based within the European Union.
• Must have the legal right to work in their country of residence.
• Ability to work fully remotely with occasional travel if required.
