IFS Reports Consultant (Crystal Reports to IFS Report Studio)

Overview

We are looking for an experienced IFS Reports Consultant to support a customer transitioning from Crystal Reports to IFS Report Studio. This is an excellent opportunity to join a key reporting transformation project, helping to modernise reporting capabilities within an IFS environment.

The role is fully remote, with a September start, and requires a consultant who is comfortable working directly with business stakeholders to analyse, redesign, and migrate existing reports.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyse existing Crystal Reports within the IFS environment.
• Design, develop, and implement reports using IFS Report Studio.
• Convert and validate Crystal Reports to ensure functional equivalence.
• Work closely with business users to gather reporting requirements.
• Optimise report layouts, performance, and usability.
• Perform testing, troubleshooting, and user acceptance support.
• Produce documentation and knowledge transfer where required.
• Provide best practice recommendations for reporting within IFS.

Required Experience

• Strong experience with IFS Applications and/or IFS Cloud.
• Proven experience developing reports using IFS Report Studio.
• Previous experience migrating or converting Crystal Reports.
• Strong SQL and database querying skills.
• Experience working directly with business stakeholders.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote consulting environment.
