IFS Solution Architect

Location: Zurich, Switzerland (Hybrid)

About the Role

We're supporting an industry-leading organisation in Zurich that is looking to hire an experienced IFS Solution Architect to play a key role in the evolution of its IFS ERP landscape. You'll be responsible for shaping solution design, driving best practice, and working closely with business stakeholders to deliver scalable, future-proof IFS solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end solution architecture for IFS Cloud initiatives.
• Translate business requirements into functional and technical IFS solutions.
• Provide architecture guidance across Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Projects and/or Service modules.
• Support IFS Cloud implementations, upgrades and continuous improvement projects.
• Work closely with business users, technical teams and third-party partners.
• Ensure solutions align with enterprise architecture, security and governance standards.
• Support integration design with third-party applications and reporting platforms.
• Mentor internal teams and provide technical leadership throughout project delivery.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an IFS Solution Architect, Senior Functional Consultant or Lead Consultant.
• Strong knowledge of IFS Cloud (Apps 10 experience also considered).
• Experience delivering ERP implementations, upgrades or transformation programmes.
• Broad understanding of IFS business processes across one or more functional areas.
• Experience designing integrations, data migration strategies and solution roadmaps.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Fluent English is essential; German is advantageous.
