Responsibilities and Scope:
- Business Process Analysis and Definition
- Evaluate, analyze, and document existing business processes across departments such as logistics, warehouse management or production logistics.
- Identify improvement potential using process modeling and process mining tools.
- Support the definition and standardization of global business processes.
- ERP Advisory & Implementation
- Provide expert guidance on our ERP system (Infor LN) configuration and implementation tailored to business needs.
- Support Infor LN optimization initiatives and the implementation of the Infor Cloudsuite.
- Ensure our IT solutions align with global business process standards.
- Requirements Engineering
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document functional and technical requirements.
- Translate business needs into clear and structured ERP solution requirements.
- Act as the interface between business departments, IT teams, and external implementation partners.
- System Configuration & Customization
- Configure and adapt Infor modules and other IT applications within the area of responsibility according to business requirements.
- Define and maintain user roles and authorization concepts.
- Ensure system configurations follow best practices and support scalable processes.
- Warehouse & Logistics Process Support
- Support and optimize warehouse management and logistics processes within Infor LN and related IT applications.
- Work closely with production, warehouse, and supply chain teams to improve operational efficiency.
- Ensure ERP processes properly support production logistics and material flow.
- Project Management & Implementation Support
- Lead or support ERP-related projects and initiatives.
- Ensure timely delivery, budget adherence, and alignment with business stakeholders.
- Contribute to project planning, testing, deployment, and stabilization phases.
- Training & User Support
- Conduct (Key) user training sessions and workshops.
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to ensure effective system usage.
- Support change management and user adoption during system changes and rollouts.

Professional required Skills an Qualifications:
- Strong understanding of Infor LN (ideally experience with Infor CloudSuite Industrial Enterprise)
- Solid understanding of business processes and organizational workflows
- Experience with warehouse and logistics processes including production logistics
- Hands-on experience with Infor Scanning Solutions (like SPS or Factory Track) for automated data collection, shop floor control, and warehouse mobility
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities
- Experience in project management and change management
- Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
