We're supporting a client with an established Infor M3 environment and are looking for an experienced Italian-speaking Infor M3 Finance Consultant to provide BAU support and optimise existing finance processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day functional support across Infor M3 Finance, resolving incidents and user queries.
- Analyse and troubleshoot finance-related issues within Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger and Fixed Assets.
- Support business users with system configuration, process improvements and best practice guidance.
- Work closely with the internal IT and finance teams to maintain a stable 'as-is' M3 environment.
- Perform root cause analysis, coordinate testing and support minor enhancements where required.
- Act as the primary Italian-speaking contact for finance stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and timely issue resolution.
Requirements:
- Strong functional experience with Infor M3 Finance.
- Fluent Italian and English.
- Previous experience supporting live/production M3 environments.
- Available to start at short notice is advantageous.
