Infor M3 Logisitcs and Warehousing

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Infor M3 Logistics & Manufacturing Consultant to support the optimisation and continuous improvement of ERP processes within a leading Food & Beverage organisation.

You will work closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and operational departments to enhance supply chain, logistics, and manufacturing processes through effective use of Infor M3.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyse, design, and optimise Infor M3 solutions across Manufacturing and Logistics.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into effective ERP solutions.
• Support and improve Infor M3 processes across production, planning, procurement, inventory, and warehouse operations.
• Collaborate with business users to streamline supply chain and manufacturing workflows.
• Support ERP implementations, upgrades, testing, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Provide functional guidance, training, and support to end users.
• Work with IT teams to deliver system enhancements and process improvements.

Required Experience

• 5+ years of experience working with Infor M3 ERP.
• Strong functional knowledge of Infor M3 Manufacturing and Logistics modules.
• Experience within Food & Beverage or process manufacturing environments.
• Good understanding of supply chain, production planning, inventory management, procurement, and warehouse processes.
• Experience working with business stakeholders to deliver ERP improvements.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills in English.

Preferred Skills

• Strong knowledge of supply chain and logistics processes, including planning, inventory, warehousing, and distribution.
• Experience optimising manufacturing processes, including production planning and material flows.
• Understanding of batch management, traceability, and quality processes within Food & Beverage.
• Experience working in international or multi-site manufacturing environments.
