NetSuite Project Manager – Netherlands

Location: Netherlands (Hybrid/Remote)
Salary: Up to €85,000 + Benefits

We're partnering with a leading NetSuite end user who is investing heavily in their ERP landscape and is looking for an experienced NetSuite Project Manager to lead business-critical implementations and optimisation projects.

The Role

You'll take ownership of end-to-end NetSuite projects, working closely with stakeholders across Finance, Operations and IT to deliver successful ERP initiatives on time and within budget.

Responsibilities

• Lead full lifecycle NetSuite implementation and optimisation projects
• Manage project scope, timelines, budgets and resources
• Coordinate internal teams, partners and third-party vendors
• Gather business requirements and translate them into project plans
• Drive stakeholder engagement across all business functions
• Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies
• Ensure successful project delivery and user adoption
• Support continuous improvement of business processes within NetSuite

Requirements

• Proven experience managing NetSuite implementation projects
• Strong ERP Project Management background
• Experience working with cross-functional business teams
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Agile and/or Waterfall project delivery experience
• Fluent Dutch and English
• PMP, Prince2 or Agile certifications are advantageous
